*ABOUT THE AREA*
The bar is located just off the main street off Papadiamanti street in the town of Skiathos and is very well situated for passing trade.(1 minute off main street)
Skiathos itself is a beautiful island, it’s small but friendly and very cosmopolitan and one of the greenest with the most gorgeous beaches! Its very popular with celebrities and has a real mixture of clientele from families to couples to wedding groups… its known as a boomerang island as many people return year after year which of course is great for business. Population on the island is around 6k and of course in summer the island is extremely busy with workers, tourists, holiday companies etc. The island basically lives off of tourism and we are lucky to have many nationalities visit us including Brits, Americans, Swedish, Danish, Italian, German, Greek etc.
The winters in skiathos are much quieter but a lovely time to relax and see a different side to the island or even catch the ferry over to mainland and explore Greece. In general the weather is also very mild during winter and we often find ourselves having bbqs on the rooftop around feb/march time.
