VILLAS PANORAMA and ASTERIA, ALONISSOS

Villa Panorama and Villa Asteria were constructed in 2006, and they sit on a plot of land of over 12,200m2.
Both villas have 4 bedrooms, their own swimming pool, located close to some of the most popular beaches of the island and offer spectacular views to the sea (Tzortzi Gialos beach and the islands Two Brothers).
The villas are located in the area of Pefkos, on the road from Patitiri to Steni Vala, approximately 500 m after the crossroads with the roads that lead to the beaches of Leftos Gialos (1.8km), Tzortzi Gialos (1.2km), Kokkinokastro (1.5km), Chrissi Milia (2.5km).
The villas are accessed by a secondary road approximately 200 m long and 3.5 to 4 m wide. This road is practically private, as it ends at the second villa (Asteria) and is used only by villa residents/guests and only rarely by the owners of the two neighbouring plots (olive groves).
The location on the island in which the villas are situated offers peace, quiet and privacy, but at the same time easy and quick access to Patitiri (port), the Old town (Chora) and Steni Vala, where there are restaurants, shops etc, as well as emergency services. In the area, there are only holiday residences, quite far away one from the other.
Each villa is 180m2 and is built on two floors. On the top floor, there is the entrance and a large bathroom on the north side and three bedrooms on the south side, with access to a veranda. From that veranda, with an external staircase, one can access the ground floor terrace and the swimming pool area. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with en-suite shower room and the commonly shared areas, W.C., kitchen, dining room, living room, with direct access to the patio and the swimming pool area. All the rooms are fully furnished and equipped.
The areas of the patio and the swimming pool have been designed with different levels, pergolas and planting areas, in order to make the most out of the south orientation of the plot and the spectacular sea views. In each terrace, on the side of the kitchen, there is a built-in barbeque. On the other side of the building, there are two store rooms with access from the outside, one of them is used exclusively for the swimming pool control and maintenance. On the top floor (at the entrance) there is a large open-space parking area. Beyond the areas immediately surrounding the villa, there have not been any drastic changes to the environment and the natural landscape.
Each swimming pool is 5m x 10m, with escalating depth 1,10m to 1,50m and entrance at the shallow end with roman steps (semicircular).
Each villa has a water tank of approximately 50m3. Additionally, something rare outside the villages and very important on the island, the villas are both connected to the council mains water supply.
In the area there is also telephone network. The villas are not connected to this network but they are wired internally and ready to be connected.
The two villas are almost identical. There are some differences in the colours of the exterior, the colour of the floor tiles inside, the inside staircase, which is wooden in villa Asteria and the area surrounding the swimming pool, which is on ground floor level in villa Asteria.
The villas, apart from holiday homes, also offer a great solution for investment. They can comfortably accommodate 8 persons and up to 11 persons each. They are the ideal solution for holidays for one or two families or large groups of people, as they cost less than hotels for the same number of people and at the same time they offer more comfort and privacy and the opportunity for further savings from the costs of transportation, food and drink out of the house etc. energy class: D

Και οι δύο βίλες διαθέτουν 4 υπνοδωμάτια, δική τους πισίνα, που βρίσκεται κοντά σε μερικές από τις πιο δημοφιλείς παραλίες του νησιού και προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα (Τζώρτζη Γιαλός και τα νησιά των Δυο Αδερφων).
Οι βίλες βρίσκονται στην περιοχή του Πεύκου, στο δρόμο από το Πατητήρι προς τη Στενή Βάλα, περίπου 500 μέτρα μετά τη διασταύρωση με τις οδούς που οδηγούν στις παραλίες της Λεφτός Γιαλός (1,8 χιλιόμετρα), Τζώρτζη Γιαλός (1,2 χιλιόμετρα), Κοκκινόκαστρο (1,5 χιλιόμετρα), Χρυσή Μηλιά (2,5 χιλιόμετρα).
Οι βίλες έχουν δευτερεύοντα δρόμο μήκους περίπου 200 μ και 3,5 πλάτους 4 μέτρων. Αυτός ο δρόμος είναι πρακτικά ιδιωτικος, καθώς καταλήγει στη δεύτερη βίλα (Αστερια) και χρησιμοποιείται μόνο από τους κατοίκους βίλας / επισκέπτες και σπανίως από τους ιδιοκτήτες των δύο γειτονικων οικόπεδων (ελαιώνες).
Η τοποθεσία του νησιού στην οποία βρίσκονται οι βίλες προσφέρει ηρεμία, ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο Πατητήρι (λιμάνι), την Παλιά πόλη (Χώρα) και τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα κλπ , καθώς και τις υπηρεσίες έκτακτης ανάγκης. Στην περιοχή, υπάρχουν μόνο εξοχικές κατοικίες, αρκετά μακριά η μία από την άλλη.
Κάθε βίλα είναι 180m2 και είναι χτισμένη σε δύο ορόφους. Στον τελευταίο όροφο, υπάρχει η είσοδος και ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο στη βόρεια πλευρά και τρία υπνοδωμάτια στη νότια πλευρά, με πρόσβαση σε βεράντα. Από εκείνη τη βεράντα, με μια εξωτερική σκάλα, μπορεί κανείς να έχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα του ισογείου και το χώρο της πισίνας. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με en-suite ντους και WC, κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, καθιστικό, με άμεση πρόσβαση στην αυλή και το χώρο της πισίνας. Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένα και εξοπλισμένα.
Το αίθριο και ο χωρος της πισινας έχει σχεδιαστεί σε διαφορετικά επίπεδα, πέργκολες και περιοχές φύτευσης, προκειμένου να εκμεταλλευτει το νοτιοανατολικό προσανατολισμό του οικοπέδου και την εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Στη βεράντα, από την πλευρά της κουζίνας, υπάρχει ένα ενσωματωμένο στο μπάρμπεκιου. Από την άλλη πλευρά του κτιρίου, υπάρχουν δύο αποθήκες με πρόσβαση από το εξωτερικό, ένα από αυτά που χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά για τον έλεγχο πισίνας και τη συντήρηση. Στον επάνω όροφο (στην είσοδο) υπάρχει ένας μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης ανοιχτός. Πέρα από τις περιοχές που βρίσκονται ακριβώς γύρω από τη βίλα, δεν υπήρξαν οποιεσδήποτε δραστικές αλλαγές στο περιβάλλον και το φυσικό τοπίο.
